An organization does not work like a static clock. Rather, the organization is a dynamic living being where adaptation plays a crucial role in sustaining and developing. VMCL is an acronym for a theory discovered by Dr. Derek Cabrera that elucidates the four universal functions that characterize organizations. The four functions are:
- Vision (V);
- Mission (M);
- Capacity (C), and;
- Learning (L).
