      Biomimicry

      noun

      a method of Systems Thinking (ST) that has DSRP as its foundation; biomimicry refers to purposeful human design informed by nature; one is challenged to find a human invention or innovation that was not inspired by nature and therefore one which is not a case of biomimicry; Because it is a physics-cognitive theory, DSRP is ideally suited to assist in biomimicry efforts.
